Joy Powell Duncan

Joy Powell Duncan received her Real Estate license in 1993 and her Brokers license in 1995. She graduated Walhalla High School in 1991 and from Clemson University in 1995. She married Bryan Duncan in 1999 while working for Delta Air Lines as a flight attendant. She and Bryan have 3 amazing boys, Nate, Henry and Luke. Although Joy doesn't actively sell real estate, she maintains her Realtor license in order to be the best assistant to all the agents at Powell Real Estate.
