Our Story
John Powell entered the real estate business in 1973 as one of the first local Realtors at Keowee Key. Falling in love with meeting new people, it was not very long until Powell moved to general Real Estate. 49 years later, John is still very involved. Serving on many boards and committees, John is very knowledgeable about all the back roads and great buys in the Upstate. John and his wife Joyce have four children and seven grandchildren and they always want them to appreciate where they live and how blessed we are to be here.
